1. Introduction
This privacy policy explains how HorizonTrading ("we", "us", or "our") handles user data in relation to our HorizonAI web application ("the Application") and marketing website ("the Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you are fully informed about how your data is managed when you use our services.
2. Information Collection
We store the content you create or send within HorizonAI in order to provide the core functionality of the product. This includes your chat messages with HorizonAI and the Pine Script or MQL5 code, strategies, and related artifacts you generate or upload (collectively, "Workspace Content"). We do not collect or store your payment card details, and we do not store your passwords.
3. Use of Information
We use your Workspace Content to operate and improve the Application, including to save your work, display your history, enable collaboration features (if available), and deliver product functionality back to you when you return to the Application. We may also use de-identified and aggregated usage information to improve product performance and reliability.
4. Data Storage and Security
Workspace Content and account data are stored in our cloud infrastructure. We rely on our providers' security controls and do not apply additional application-layer encryption. We do not store payment card details, and we do not store plaintext passwords.
5. Third-Party Services
- Payments (Stripe): We use Stripe to process payments and subscriptions. Stripe collects and processes your payment details on our behalf. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
- Authentication and Database (Supabase): We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Passwords are managed by Supabase and are not accessible to us in plaintext.
- Email (Resend): We use Resend to send emails (e.g., sign-in links, receipts, notifications).
- AI Model Providers: Workspace Content (e.g., your prompts and scripts) may be sent to third-party AI providers that power HorizonAI (for example, OpenAI), and is processed under their terms and privacy policies. Please review the applicable provider's documentation for details on data handling and retention.
- Marketing Site: The Site is for marketing only. Registration, authentication, and account management occur within the Application.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You may delete your scripts and conversation history at any time within the Application. When you delete content, it is removed from our primary database and we do not retain separate backups. If you would like your account deleted, please email us at info@horizontrading.ai and we will process the request. Data export is not currently available.
7. User Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. For Workspace Content and account data, please use the Application's account/settings pages or contact us as described below. For subscription or billing questions, please refer to your Stripe customer portal.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Please review this page periodically for updates.
9. Acceptance of This Policy
By using HorizonAI, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application. Continued use after we post changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
